All pictures may not represent actual product, products and ad descriptions we offer will often vary from actual product & description. Pictures are a representation of products offered.
We do our best to bring you quality at discount prices, but sometimes things happen. Be sure to email us first and fully describe any problems you are having. Usually we can tell you what to do and the product is not defective. This is over 98% of the time.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURES FOR ALL RETURNS OR YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

Warranties- Defects - Returns
OEM Original items will carry the manufacturers warranty (defects) through the manufacturer, not through us unless otherwise indicated in the ad, contact them if you need. Please see returns below. All sales are final. There are no returns accepted by us on OEM products or on any open items. See returns. No Guarantees or Warranties through us unless listed in the ad itself.
After Market items carry no warranty, all sales are final unless otherwise stated with that particular product ad. Contact the Manufacturer if available for that product. Aftermarket items are not guaranteed to work. This especially includes all electrical, flashing or light up items such as antennas, flashing batteries handsfree units and other items. This is due to no standard of 100% compatibility & standards by manufacturers. Stick on items such as Antenna Boosters, Holograms and can not be returned, exchanged or credited at all. Certain products do carry a warranty through us, they will be listed in the ad. No Guarantees or Warranties through us unless listed in the ad itself.There are no returns accepted on open items. Problems usually arrive from "do it yourselfers" that damage an item as well as their phone. These cellular phone parts are fragile & care must be used to install them. Most people do not have a problem when installing new accessories when they use care and find our products excellent. We always recommend professional installation.
Defects: If you are returning a defective item, it must be in new condition with all original packaging & papers. Read this entire page. Any signs of physical damage or marks will void it as defective (see Below). If you return an item(s) and stated it is Defective and we determine that it is not, you will be given an on-line store credit minus a 35% Processing fee. No Exceptions to our policy. Please follow the rest of the guidelines for a RMA number.
No Returns on any Discount, Sale or Close Out items.
We recommend that you have a professional do your accessory installation.
PRODUCTS ISSUES THAT Will VOID ANY AND ALL GUARANTEE'S OR WARRANTY ON ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS:
1. Malfunctions due to improper installation,
non-certified installer, non-authorized repairs, non-professional installation,
use in conjunction of any other non-OEM part,tampering, misuse, sitting
on, dropping impact, or modification.
2. Damage due to acts of God, lightning, water or accident.
3. Incidental or consequential damages, including damages from delay or
loss of use, or improper installation.
4. Any modifications or repair done by any one other than an authorized
dealer or service center will void all guarantee's or warranty and may
invalidate the instrument’s FCC certification thereby causing the
instrument to be illegal to use on your telephone circuit.
5.Our Return Policy for defects & warranty(s) does not cover damage or malfunction due to accident, external electrical fault, misuse or abuse. APS-Cellular is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty. APS-Cellular is not responsible under any other legal theory, including, but not limited to lost profits.
Other:
Any item or cellular accessory sold by APS-Cellular that is found to have
a defect in material or workmanship within our listed time frame will
be replaced free of charge, except for shipping charges and or other office
charge. If you did not pay a shipping charge originally, you will still
be charged a shipping charge and any other charge if in effect. If the
item is no longer available it will be replaced with an equivalent or
superior substitute, or a on-line store credit at the discretion of APS-Cellular.
If a replacement item or accessory is issued, the warranty will still
apply to the replacement dating from the original sale, not the date of
replacement.

We recommend that you have a professional do your accessory installation.
RETURNS: All products
can be returned for a Store Credit within 10 days of sale with a 35% handling
fee, except as stated in this Policy. We do not take returns on items
you don't like after you purchase it, or tried it and don't like, did
not have a professional installation, or you ordered the wrong item or
product. Be sure to email us first if you have a problem, we may be able
to correct for you via email or phone. No returns on Specials or Sale
items.
No Exceptions to the following procedure:
We get hundreds of emails a day, you must follow this procedure.
1) To make a Return you must first email us with a copy of your original sales invoice that was emailed to you. No returns without our invoice as proof of purchase (NO OTHER EXCEPTED). No Exceptions.
2) List the date, purchase amount, product & item number that you wish to return.
3) Describe fully and articulate the problem you have or why it is defective. (more than its broke, or it does not sound clear, won't fit, etc.).
4) Give us your phone model, make, serial # and style phone you have.
5) Give us your full name, billing address, email address, phone AND ALL OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION to contact you.
6) Double check the information we request, if it's not complete it will not be processed.
7) When you have completed the above and are sure it is complete, Request an RMA number from us and fully state the reasons why you want to return the item(s).
8) We will call you or email back with an answer. Please read the rest below.
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY
No Returns on any Flashing or Light up Items, Antennas, Holograms, any Stick-on item, Batteries, Electrical items, Face Plates, Housings, Ear Buds, Hands Free Units, LED's or any Other Item unless it is stated in that particular ad. PLEASE CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER FOR THESE PRODUCTS IF AVAILABLE.
We will not accept any open items unless fully defective, using the stores policies & terms. If the Return is per Store Policy you MUST get a RMA Return Authorization Number from us FIRST. This RMA Number must be written clearly on the outside of the package or the item will NOT be accepted by us.
Any or All returns are at our discretion.

YOU MUST FIRST OBTAIN A RMA NUMBER FROM US!
RMA Number must be written clearly on the outside of the package or the item(S) YOU ARE RETURNING WILL NOT be accepted by us.
IF YOU SEND US A RETURN WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE BOX IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE DISCARDED OR REFUSED!
We suggest you send it back well wrapped to protect the product as well as insured and tracked for proof of delivery. The product must be returned with all original packaging, papers, ALL emails from us with the RMA # , The ORIGINAL Email Invoice Receipt and in new-sellable condition . We will inspect the product and make the determination if a Store Credit is acceptable by these terms. There is a 35% Restocking/Handling fee and shipping fees are not included or refundable on any and all returns. A restocking/Handling fee of 35% will be charged on any and all returns due to customer dislike, wrong product ordered or any reasons not due to manufacturer defect. You will receive On-line Store credit only for in-stock item(s) if it meets our policy or determination. If you return an item(s) and stated it is Defective and we determine that it is not, you will be given an on-line store credit minus a 35% Processing fee. No Exceptions to our policy. Please be aware that its not that we do not like returns, but due to the type of product, there is high number of frivolous returns from consumers who "buy & try & return" due to dislike after purchase, not taking the time to order the right product for their phone or not getting it to work (usually from not following directions or not having it professionally installed) this in turn increase the prices for everyone. We try to keep our prices low and this is one way that we do it.
If there are any returns accepted it is only at our sole discretion. As APS Cellular Accessories strives to satisfy every customer, we will not be a trial or test it out sale, rental service, loaner, or buy to see if I like it products and do not resell used or opened equipment. There are no refunds. All return processes must be done on-line FOR A STORE CREDIT IF APPLICABLE. In the event APS Cellular Accessories allows a return after 10 days, the return is limited to an exchange of the item returned and the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Returns without an RMA number are subject to refusal, and/or a restocking/handling fee of 35% will be charged. This being at the discretion of APS Cellular Accessories. We may modify this entire policy or parts of it at any time. See above paragraph.
